Above Expectations offers 24/7 residential habilitation services in Kent and Sussex counties, where residents receive assistance from Direct Support Professionals with daily activities such as bathing, cooking, medication administration, and transportation to appointments and community events.
Each individual benefits from a Person-Centered Plan developed collaboratively with the client, family, healthcare providers, and support coordinators. This plan emphasizes individual choice, dignity, and the pursuit of personal goals.
Behavioral Consultation
This service provides an individually designed behavior plan and strategies to support service recipients that have significant behavioral issues.
The plan is developed through a functional behavioral assessment and necessary training of the support team in order to properly implement the plan.
